Streamlabs Not Picking Up Desktop Audio

I’ve tried the steps in this article: https://www.reddit.com/r/Twitch/comments/8xyy26/streamlabs_obs_desktop_audio_capture_issues_how_i/

and it nothing seemed to work. This is a recent issue and I only noticed it after I updated. Granted I could be doing something wrong that was explained in the article and may just need some extra help.

Hey @Cursedgamefreak,

This is a known issue with iCue. Some people have fixed it by setting the headset to use stereo audio in the iCue software, and some have fixed it by uninstalling iCue.

Hey there @BaddestCat 

 

Could you let us know some more information, what headset are you utilizing?

 

Is the audio device set correctly in Settings > Audio within Streamlabs OBS? Please don’t leave it set as just “Default” 

I had stopped streaming for about a month and as soon as i came back i noticed my mixers were different and that it took a lot of settings to add and change to even try to get my voice audio back to show up. I have reinstalled the app, while also changing around some settings, I even did the popular fix that is across reddit, and deleted my other sound app called SoundSwitch that I thought made have had interference. I have also updated all my drives and everything else and yet there still isn’t a way to get my desktop audio to go through my stream. I also run the program Icue, because I have a cosair headset, keyboard and mouse. Streams were working way fine until now.
