Ive been streaming for a while now on twitch and decided to tinker a little bit with streamlabs and cloud bot. I attempted to add some commands so my chat could interact more like !lurk !followage !uptime however it only seems to work when i type it in chat and no one else can. Not sure if i did something wrong on my end but i have everone enabled on who can issue the commands. Please help!

I went ahead and restarted the bot for you, it seems to answer properly now :)

If it works for you, but not for others, it means either they don’t have the right permissions or that you added a cooldown so if they try right after you did it will not work. Make sure you don’t have any cooldown and that permissions are on “everyone” on your commands, if it still doesn’t work, let us know your channel URL so that we can look into it for you.

I have no cooldown and permissions are everyone. My channel URL is https://www.twitch.tv/ivettecarry/

How do you restart the cloudbot?  Mine always says BikeBeast has been streaming for Offline every time I type !uptime.

@BikeBEAST Hey!

You can toggle the bot off in StreamlabsOBS or form here in your browser.
https://streamlabs.com/dashboard#/cloudbot/mod-tools

Log out, clear your browser cache and cookies, log back in toggle the bot back on and mod it back in your chat.

I am having this issue as well. It used to work, no it doesn’t.
