Good Morning,
I managed to fix it, restored the streamlabs cache and with that erased all the settings, then reconfigured everything again and it was ok, but using x264 in both slow and medium my game was just 80FPS, is it normal to happen?
using x264:

I chose to use nvenc in the highest quality option as a result of the quality:

is it good? Do you think you can improve?

Hey there @captainvadder

I'd suggest using x264 with that CPU.
Olá, @captainvadder@captainvadder@captainvadder

Eu sugiro usar x264 com essa CPU.

I have another problem, I tested both nvenc and x264 my transmission is getting blurred image ...
I am using the last settings that twitch updated, if you see this stream of mine yesterday will notice several blurs in the image.
can not be a problem on the internet because I have 100MB Upload.

Hey there @captainvadder

Make sure you're using Lancsoz for your filter.

A slower CPU preset will help as well, you would want to go as "slow" as you can while avoiding skipped frames.

yes I am using Lanczos, I currently use New Nvenc, Preset Quality (tested Maximum Quality and had no improvement) and profile in HIGH.

using x264 and slower preset will my game performance decrease? with the Ryzen 3900x?
Another thing I change to x264 and when I start live and go into settings is showing that I'm using nvenc, how to solve?

Make sure you're not using OPTIMIZED ENCODER SETTINGS when you click go live!

Please also try setting your output mode to simple.

x264 shouldn't degrade performance too much, and till produce better quality.

I think the quality in both of those videos look really good!
At this point it is your personal preference 🙂
Eu acho que a qualidade nos dois vídeos parece realmente boa!
Neste ponto, é sua preferência pessoal :)

about bitrate, the new twitch rules say that should use 6000 bitrate, can i use 6500?

Hey @captainvadder even if this cpu is really great i would not suggest to go under the cpu preset "fast" as this requires a lot of cpu power which is usually recommended for dedicated pc streaming.
About the bitrate you can try to go higher but it's not recommended.

This is the setting I am using on my ultra wide screen 3440x1440. You might be able to lower the bitrate and increase the encoder quality to “slow” if you are to stream at a lesser resolution.
