Hello!

That sounds really inconvenient so lets see what we can do about that.
In Streamlabs OBS you want to make sure that you disable stream delay under Settings -> Advanced.

If you furthermore need to lower your stream delay it has to be done through the website.
Twitch has low-latency mode, Mixer got ftl and YouTube have low & ultra-low latency modes you can enable.

Let me know if this answered your questions!

Can someone please help me? I also have the same issue, just it's 30 seconds, I stream for a chat show, and when we are on live, our audience doesn't see us at the same rate of time, they have to wait 30 seconds in order to see what we asked, doesn't work for live Q&A, can you please advise what we can do?
thanks!
