I tried on the site too and it doesn't work

Hey all, this is usually due to one alert that has a setting that does not make sense, like an alert delay that is longer than the text duration. I would just recommend going over all your settings to see if something looks off. Also check your alert variations.

Yeah so, I’m having the same issue. everything that could possibly be a 0 or greater is just that. I cannot change a single alert because of this and I just spent an hour working on them. Please fix your buggy service instead of telling people you think it’s resolved since they haven’t responded in awhile and then close the whole topic, because this seems like a fairly common issue and I cannot find one person on this site who has found a fix for this.

yes please streamlabs! i am having the same issue. I cannot change anything and this is very annoying! Can you please help us out instead of saying you resolved it. I cannot change what i wan to change which is TTS donations and my donation gif. Please help us out and fix this bug.

I’m having the same issue here, on my streamlabs obs i cant change any alert box settings it just gives me the “please enter a number greater or equal to 0” I can change settings on streamlabs.com if i use the version 2 beta but the changes don't match to obs and version 1 also gets the same error, I'm connected via twitch, my username is SiikShotCJ
