Пожалуйста, помогите! Почему-то перестали работать оповещения на стриме, которые раньше работали. Всё перепробовал, но ничего не помогло..

Hey again!

Your YT channel ID is how we locate your account so that we can review/fix your alert settings.

I was able to get it by simply going to your YT page and clicking on your video.  Its a public ID, no worries.

It appears you had “Unlimited Alert Moderation Delay” enabled which would mean that anytime an event happened, it would have to be manually approved by you via your Recent Events list before it would actually trigger.

I turned this off for you and you should now be good to go.  Please let us know!

Добрый день, всё равно не работают оповещения, ни в тестовом виде, ни в браузере..

Hey again!

Your alerts are working just fine from my end when I test them.

Are you testing them via the internet browser or from within StreamlabsOBS?

Have you tried removing the alert box widget, closing streamlabs obs, then running it as admin and adding a new alert box widget?

Привет! Пытался, ничего из этого не помогло исправить проблему. Если что у меня не streamlabsobs, а просто obs!

Hey again!

You are using OBS Studio?  Not Streamlabs OBS?

Since your Alerts are working via our Website, you may want to check with their support and find out why your browser source is not working.

Хорошо, допустим, а почему тогда тест через браузер не работает?

Hey @DraveOne I would suggest to open your alertbox settings page from a private or incognito tab and test it here, if it works then i would suggest to clear your browser’s cache as well as obs browser source’s cache folder that you can find by going top left of the software to File → Show settings folder - now you can close obs studio and go to plugin_config\obs-browser and here you’ll delete the folder called Cache and open obs again.

Hi @DraveOne!

In OBS Studios settings if you go to Advanced and scroll down to Sources you should see a box “Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration” that will be either checked or unchecked. If you check or uncheck it and then close & re-open OBS Studios, do a test after you’ve done that to see if that allows your alerts to appear.
