how do I fix my twitch chat?


my twitch chat is not were is supposed to be.

For the time being you can change your current Windows System Language to English (United States)
You can find this in the Windows settings > Time & Language.

I know this won't be the most preferred fix but for the time being this should resolve your issue.

Hi there!

You can change this by going to your Settings > Appearance > un-click Show the live dock (chat) on the left side

its still doenst work its just show up on the right side when I do that

With the screenshot that you've provided I thought you wanted the chat on the right hand side, my apologies!

Try maximizing the page a few times to see if that helps, and try logging out of your account and logging back in.

I feel like there might be some miscommunication happening.
Can you please send me a screenshot of your page after you go to your Settings > Appearance > un-click Show the live dock (chat) on the left side?

Following those steps will put the chat on the right hand side under the login as you requested.

but if not the problem is still there is like the popout of the twitch doesn't go to the right place

Okay, can you minimize and maximize the window a few times?
Re-sizing the screen a couple times as well.
Unfortunately this is a known bug that we are working to get resolved as quickly as possible!

If that doesn't work, you can clear your cache.
But re-sizing the screen a few times should do it.

Sorry to hear that the issue continues :(

Did you minimize and maximize the screen as well as resizing the page?

To clear the browser cache, get started by clicking the Three Dots icon in the top right of your browser window. Then, find the More Tools option and select Clear browsing data… from the submenu.
