Hotkeys not working for media source animations

I run a green screen show and used OBS Studio. I’m trying to transfer to Streamlabs and I’m 90% there. The only thing that isn’t working and, it’s crucial to my show, is the hotkeys to the run my animations (media source) aren’t being triggered by the hotkeys I set up. I’ve watched many online videos and all I can find is how to use hotkeys to transition scenes. Did that and that works fine. I am set up to run as Admin so don’t worry about that. What else am I doing wrong?

Thank you!

Hey @Robingraves13,

If the hotkey you are using is not working well, try setting up your hotkeys to different keys or use a combo, like control+T.

Hey there @Robingraves13

Could you let us know which hotkeys you’re using specifically?

Sorry ghosteez! I didn’t get a notification there was a response.

So I have media source animations. Some are tiny movie snippets and some are .gifs. For example I have it set up where if I want my Taylor Swift animation to play I press “T” and it plays it. I can’t get the same thing to happen in Stream Labs. the closest I can get is clicking “restart playback when source becomes active”. Then I can spam the hide/unhide hotkey and it’ll work sometimes.
