Error#3000

Hay there

My stream is giving some viewers an error#3000. Google Chrome is the only Browser that is able to play the stream as it seems. I tried diffrent encoder methods along with diffrent audio bitrates/video bitrates. I tested the most Browers myself to figure out if it was their “Problem” but i have the same issue with other Browsers except Chrome.

I am currently using the Streamlabs 0.20.2 version.

Does anyone have a Solution for this?

Hey Alien,

The main reason behind this error is related to the video decoding system of HTML5 and other web modules. This would be more of an issue of your Streaming platform than Streamlabs. I would suggest people running into this try clearing their browser cache and cookies, and turn off hardware acceleration in their internet browser.

I hope that helps!

Hi there.

Could you let us know, what platform are you streaming on to?

If you’re streaming on twitch, this guide can help you solve the issue.

Hopefully, this will resolve your issue :D

 Hello!
I still have issues with #3000 error. It all started when my PC crashed and i had to restart it.
I’m using Opera GX and streamed on Twitch, all of my settings seem to be okay (identical before crash), but neither I or my friends are able to solve #3000 issue (clearing cash and cookies did nothing). In addition to that, Source quality makes twitch player to constantly turn on and off as if I was clicking play button 3 times per second, only available quality is 360p, it plays my stream for few seconds and gets #3000 again.

 I’m desperate cause I don’t get it where I messed up :(
