Hi there!

The double lines is simply a visual representation of how many audio channels your device has.

Are you saying you can actually hear your audio being doubled? If that is the case:

Echoes usually occur when there is a monitor set in the mixer, ensure they are all set to MONITOR OFF http://prntscr.com/kfl5m7
They can also occur due to custom audio devices set in your video capture device, ensure you have none selected: http://prntscr.com/kfl60h

If none of these resolve the issue, it could also be that you have your stream open (unmuted) in another browser window;
Or that you're listening to a recording device from within windows. Be sure to mute the stream and turn off this option: http://prntscr.com/kfl6ct

Hey there!

No worries, I can ;)

Can you describe to me what audio is being doubled? How are you hearing it? Can you provide me screenshots of:

1) Settings --> Audio
2) Your entire Streamlabs OBS App (on the Editor Tab)
3) Your advanced Mixer Settings (CLick the GEAR icon next to Mixer, bottom right).
yea so like the theres 2 desktop audios so like if u listen to a sound the same sound will come like 0.5 or something seconds later

Hey again!

I noticed in the mixer you have WEBCAM FRAME and more than likely your WEBCAM underneath. Did you disable the microphone on your webcam? When you hear the sound twice, which audio sources in the mixer are showing the yellow activity?
the audio output mode on the webcam is on capture audio only.
the upper one is showing the yellow activity if i turn the volume on max

Hey!

The webcam should not be set to capture any audio at all. Mute the webcam source in the mixer.

The ONLY device that shows activity is your "headsett" device right?

Is the microphone showing activity like it might be picking up the audio as well?

Also, do you have 7.1 surround enabled in your headset software?
muted the headsett sound
yes i have checked and i think the only device is my headsett that is showing some sound
i dont think that the mic is picking up sound
and i have 7.1 enabled on my headsett

Hey!

Well you have to be certain and the only way to tell is by monitoring the mixer window when the audio is playing and making sure no other device is showing activity.

Try disabling 7.1 and see if it continues to do the echo.

Mute the webcam mic just to test.

If possible, take a video clip of the issue, or stream and send me the VOD.
how to send you a video?

Hey!

Best bet would be to upload it somewhere and send me the link!
Ok! what do you want me to have in the video?

Hey!

What I am thinking is you should record the double audio when it occurs or you can even just go live on your stream and give me your stream URL.
ok but u mean i should stream my streamlabs and put on some music or something?

Hey!

However you are hearing double audio is how I need to hear it. Whatever you are doing, simply do it live.

You need to reproduce the issue so that I can hear it.
