Hey @Ray Kau aka MoTrFinger

In most cases, users fin that they need to plug one camera in at a time, configure it, and never touch the settings again. Then they repeat the process. Sidenote: Windows 7 does not support Streamlabs anymore and you should consider upgrading to Windows 10.

Hey @jimakos0909,

I would suggest you try a few things that may help here.

` Grab a fresh installer from Streamlabs.com and reinstall the program.
` Do a custom, clean install of your graphics drivers. If you have GeForce Experience can you open that and download the latest driver? After downloading the driver choose a custom installation https://prnt.sc/r9lhv8 After that select a clean install https://prnt.sc/r9lj1i
` Look to see if there are any Windows updates available.
` Reinstall your drivers for your webcam.
` Delete all instances of your webcam sources in Streamlabs OBS and then add a new video capture device source back.
` Look into your antivirus and firewall settings to see if your webcam is getting blocked.
` Try a different USB port for your webcam
` Restart your computer and then right-click Streamlabs OBS and choose to run it as administrator.

If that does not help, please report details of your webcam model and what is going wrong with it. Screenshots could be very helpful!

Thanks

Win 7 Pro SP1 64bit OS
Processor i7-3520 @2.9GHz
8 Gig Ram
256Gig SSD with 35Gig free space

I have been struggling for weeks now trying to get the camera’s to initialize consistently. This does not happen. I have 5 camera’s I have tried in combination.

2 new No name HD camera’s that work flawlessly together until I add in the Logitech C905 or the Logitech c270 and there is the onboard camera and an action camera I have that will stream but again for stream labs there seems to be issues with connecting to multiple streams. I have been successful in getting all 5 camera’s to work at one time. However regardless of what I do after I get the camera’s working. Next restart there is a high likely hood the camera’s will not initialize. Normally 2-3 will come back online after reboot.

I have updated all device drivers (Most use windows drivers)

I have tried setting up the Logitech’s as generic webcams and that blows the crap out of things. Logitech’s seem to work better with their drivers. I have played with the order I use to add the camera’s and this seems to sometimes get me back online. However normally I just run wiht fewer camera’s which sucks.

Earlier in this adventure I was getting crap performance and I had updated all device drivers especially my Nvidia 5200m drivers. Once I did that I now can right click on the icon and select the GPU I choose which is the Nvidia and this makes the stream scream!! That issue is resolved and now I am trying to get my camera’s to connect consistently.

No more driver updates that I can find. All these camera’s work fine with a free downloaded Video Pad from NCH. Every video device is confirmed and easily switched to and from. The breakdown seems to be with Streamlabs.

Very frustrated as I have spent close to 40hrs in the last 3 weeks and have solved most everything thrown at me by this. I am at the point where I would throw money at the problem if I thought it would help.
