Aucun avertissement de nouveaux abonné

Bonjour,

Je suis utilisateur de streamlabs et je me suis rendu compte en mettant une alert box (pour abonnés YouTube et Dons via streamlabs) que les Alertes ne s’affichait pas du tout même pour les comptes YouTube avec les abonnements publics. De plus, dans le Legacy Recent Events et la Mini Feed ils m’affichent quelques événements par ci par là, par exemple depuis que je stream, environ 1 an je n’ai eu que 10 alertes d’abonnements et l’alerte de don pourtant j’ai du prendre 200 abonnés au moins. Merci d’une réponse rapide de votre part.

Hey @WyZeniX,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Could you try doing one more step of the refresh process by following this guide, then log out of YouTube.com, Streamlabs.com, and all Streamlabs apps, then log back in? also, please try following these steps below.

  1. Go to the Properties of your Alert Box Widget, (click Source if using Streamlabs OBS widget on the right side) then click Refresh Cache of Current Page
  2. Check to make sure you have the correct widget theme, set for your scene collection. This would be done/changed in your Widget Theme Settings.
  3. Make sure you have Streamlabs OBS installed on your C Drive
  4. Go to Settings > Advanced and scroll to the bottom and uncheck the box for Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration (requires a restart) and restart SLOBS. Do not check this box after restarting.
  5. Delete the sources for the Alerts/Widgets that are not working correctly.
  6. Add a New Source > + > Widgets > Pick the Widget from the List that you want to use.
  7. After doing that, you can use the Test Alert Buttons at the Bottom of SLOBS to test your alerts.
  8. Go back into SLOBS > Logout (Top Right Corner) > Restart SLOBS (Run as admin) > Log Back In.

Bonjour, j’ai une question complètement différente, j’aimerais crée un topic moi aussi pour un problème que j’ai. Quand je veux le crée il y a un onglet avec « Sub Sujet » quand je clique dessus pour sélectionner un sujet bah rien ne se passe j’ai cliquer partout mais rien, du coup je voulais savoir comment tu a fait stp, avec quelle navigateur, sur tel ou pc …..

Ce serrais super gentil de ta part 👋😕
