Alerts & Mini Feed Not Updating in Streamlabs OBS For YouTube?

Ive only been able to see about 7 out of the 42 ppl that have subscribed to my channel in the Mini Feed. Why is this? Whereas Twitch always shows your new followers, subs, etc. Also when someone subs my alerts widgets do not activate on live stream. Please help resolve this issue.

Hey there @MrMattBro

YouTube users who subscribe to you can have their privacy settings set to not notify you that they have subscribed to you. You will see your sub count increase but you will not be alerted that someone has subscribed to you. There is nothing we can do about this as this is a privacy setting with YouTube.

I’m also experiencing something similar. I need to logout and login again to Streamlabs OBS in order to have my Mini Feed updated and then it is not being updated anymore until I repeat the process. Any thoughts?

Hey all,

If no data is coming through in your recent events or mini feed, please follow this guide: <https://howto.streamlabs.com/streamlabs-in-general-21/how-to-disconnect-your-streamlabs-account-from-twitch-facebook-youtube-mixer-53> , then log out of your streaming platform, Streamlabs.com, and all Streamlabs apps, then log back in.
