Giveaway redemption processing error for winner

The Winner of my Giveaway is getting an error message when trying to redeem their prize.
Streamlabs gave the link to click in my chat to redeem I told him I’d look into it and figure out how he can get his prizes because I already paid for the merch. It’s day later now and I haven’t received an email and I can not regenerate the link for him to try again. Pretty sure I’ll need a ticket for this.

I am having the same problem with two merch giveaways I did last night, They can not process the order. Was this resolved for you?

Me too. Happened to me last night. Ran my 1st giveaway and winner got error in payment/ redemption process? Can you help please?

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone yet @McMintz  and @wager9 . I still have my items paid for and winner is still waiting for the items. I’m getting a bit frustrated because if I go in to manually send the Merch then I would have paid twice for the items. This sucks.

This happened for 4 winners on one stream over a few weeks. We’ve all submitted tickets and nothing has happened. It’s been 3 weeks now.

been almost a month and im not sure how to get a ticket started or get my money back

I have had the same issue last night and there does not seem to be a solution I can find, did anyone in here get a  response?
