Recent subscriber file is not showing resubs on Streamlabels? Here's why
Userlevel 3
If your most_recent_subscriber.txt file is not showing resubs then that means it is not configured to show them. These steps below will show you how to include resubs into your files.

3 steps to fix the issue with the subscriber file if it is now showing resubs:

1. In Stream Labels select "file settings"(it can also appear as a cog icon on smaller screens)

2. Navigate the drop down to the file you need to include resubs in.

3. Check include resubs and press "save settings" in the top right.

Hello @Hollder_ !

No you would not be able to do this is the desktop chatbot.

Streamlabels is built right into StreamlabsOBS as a source you can add:

Or you would need to use the Streamlabels desktop app:

Hi, doing this creates its own separate file named "most_recent_resubscriber" but i want all subs and resubs to write to the same file, is there a way to do this? I am using the StreamLabels desktop client.

Hi there!

Currently they are separated and you will need to use both files.

You should definitely make the suggestion to have a single file here though: https://ideas.streamlabs.com

We are always looking at suggestions! Also, just so you know, the event list can show both Subs and Resubs.
