Loyalty store stuck, can't edit items or delete them, can't ban bots from loyalty

This has been happening for over a year now and we’ve stopped using Streamlabs’ loyalty system altogether because of this. We can’t edit items in the store or delete them as they appear always the same as two years ago for anyone accessing our Streamlabs page, so they keep on redeeming things that shouldn’t be available. Added to this, we used to be able to block users we found to be bots from gaining any loyalty points. This can’t be done anymore and it’s annoying to keep on editing their points constantly. Any way to fix it?

Hey there @DetunedLive

Which loyalty system are you utilizing? Cloudbot, or the Twitch extension? I see you have rewards active in both.

Cloudbot is unable to block bots at this moment. Twitch Loyalty should still be able to from “Manage Users” these loyalty systems can not be combined, unfortunately.

Wow! I haven’t seen any info about both bots working simultaneously on loyalty while hiding the previous one’s controls in the Twitch extension’s link up until now. Thank you @ghosteez.

Should I turn off loyalty on Cloudbot then? What do you suggest?

Hey @DetunedLive,

If your Cloudbot loyalty page is displaying incorrectly, please try toggling the bot off for 5 minutes then back on. You may want to reach out via tickets so we can personally investigate this if your issue is still present post reset.
