Camera Not showing up on Streamlabs mobile app

Hello, so I want to start streams for when I’m driving, but for some reason it won’t pick up my phone’s camera, either cameras. I have the Google Pixel 3XL, have the up-to-date version, I gave it access to my camera and mic, the camera source is there, I’ve even re-added the source just in case, nothing! It’ll pick up the audio fine, just no video feed. Using the Twitch app works, but I stream on Mixer :P.

Using some other odd RTMP streaming apps work as well, only problem is I can’t see chat, quitting out of those apps will just stop the stream as well.

I have tried it on my old Google Pixel 1 phone, it works fine on that, but that phone has it’s interface problems, hence why I have a new phone, so I don’t want to use that. Tried looking it up, but go no fixes or solutions. I even checked if I were on the latest OS update and went as far as factory resetting my phone (I did back everything up, so I didn’t lose anything in the process).Hard to really say it’s my phone’s problem since it works on any other live streaming app I’ve tried, but then again it worked on my old problematic phone. I’ve hit a stump :shrug_tone1:

Hey all,

Another potential solution is to try different bitrates and resolutions. In the meantime, please know our team is always looking into improving our mobile app!

Hey @POGE,

What is the software version for your Google Pixel 3XL? Can you try reinstalling the Streamlabs app and after you add the camera source, force quit the program and then open it back up again?

Thanks!

I am having the same problem with the Pixel 3a. I get sound but video acts like it is buffering if it shows up at all. This is only to Mixer all other sites are fine. I talked with Mixer and they don't see anything on their end but passed it on to be investigated.

Here is a Vod showing what I mean.
