Bug Report - Studio mode / hotkeys for slide transition

Hello! New user here coming from OBS.

I am setting up for streaming video and would like to use studio mode to preview changes but I have found that using Studio mode makes hotkeys for changing slides in slideshow not work.

currently using alt+Left Alt+right and space for transition

my hope is to be able to preview the next slide using alt+Right then use space to send the next slide to output but slide is stuck on first when in studio mode.

Hey all,

If you have YouTube and Facebook added in your account settings, then you can multistream using Streamlabs OBS to both. Just log into Streamlabs OBS with YouTube and then go to settings → stream, then you can toggle on multistream.  Hotkeys for Streamlabs OBS can be managed in settings → hotkeys. Some features will be limited using studio mode, but feel free to try out the Streamlabs “Stream Deck” app for your mobile device to help with managing your stream on the fly!

Hey @Douglasjordan,

If I am understanding you correctly, you should be able to do something like this. I would recommend using the command key in conjunction with another key though instead of alt. After you set your hotkeys for show preview, hide preview, and transition, go back to your editor window with preview off and try it out.

I came here to report the same issue.. I need studio mode because I’m transitioning between full camera view and some sermon notes/verses for my churches livestream on sundays… up until now I’ve been using vanilla OBS with a window capture on the powerpoint slideshow, but from what I’ve found streamlabs hasn’t incorporated some of the new tech from OBS just yet…  we’d like to simulcast to FB and YT, which is what brought me to streamlabs… any other suggestions?
