I have the same problem!

I have the same problem and this website wont let me create a ticket/question because I cant select a subject -_-

the problem is that if someone does !Watchtime it shows them that they've got a watchtime of 0,00
while they have been watching for multiple hours

I don't know if this is a bug or that I have to set something up…

if I do have to set something up please explain it so I can do it

in advance thank you :D

Hi @wraithofdarkwolf

Is this for Twitch and on Cloudbot? If so, can you make sure Cloudbot loyalty is enabled and Cloudbot is on? If this is the case, please try turning off Cloudbot for a minute and then back on.

Unlucky, I cannot create a ticket, because I cannot select a subject, so I have to ask here.

I am building a Cloudbot command using {user.followage} like this:

{touser.name} has been following {channel.name} for {touser.followage}.

And Streamlabs answers for example:

 Streamlabs: le*****a has been following s*****j for 2 weeks 20 days.

But when I am using API command like this:

{readapi.https://twitch.api.scorpstuff.com/followed.php?caster={channel.name}&follower={touser.name}}

Streamlabs answers like this:

Streamlabs: le*****a has been following s*****j for 20 days.

The question is why in normal Cloudbot command, using a {user.followage} variable, there is “2 weeks” between “for” and “20 days”…? It makes no sense...
