Question

Cloudbot not working / Not Accumulating Points in the Loyalty system

I had it working earlier but when I went to stream the loyalty system stopped working.  I had people Follow/Donate and none of them got points.

I also disable cloudbout, re-enabled it, unmodded Streamlabs, cleared my cache and logged out of Streamlabs and back in.

I tried adding 50 points to everyone as well and nothing happened it just said added to queue but they never showed up.

I also reset the database.  It looks as though some people have showed up but not everyone who was chatting.  I tried to do everything on my end to fix it but it didn’t work even though it did work earlier.

Thanks for the help

Hey @greymoonmusic,

Sometimes there can be a delay when there is increased load on the cloudbot servers. Could you try checking to see if it comes in thirty minutes later? Sorry for the inconvenience.

I’ve been having this same issue. It seems like their only getting 1 intervals worth of points per stream and those points take hours to even show up. It’s been happening for 2 streams in a row. This is my first time using cloud bot but I dont think I’m doing anything wrong. I manually upped everyone’s points from the first stream just to thank them for their views but I can’t keep doing this manually every stream.

Even when I manually upped the points, they didn’t show up.

@SecSeaBeast  Thanks for the help.  Will try some other options to see if they work.

HI.. Cloudbot not working.. bot is up only for 1 or 2 mins. even if i toggle the cloudbot enable and disable it shows up for 30 sec and goes offline again. its been very difficult to maintain loyalty points for my subscribers & viewers to process Giveaways and Other Loyalty related thing in YouTube.

Requesting for immediate support.

Hi @TheCrazyGamerYT

Do you have any other accounts merged to this Youtube account on Streamlabs? Also, are you only running one stream at a time on your YouTube channel?

I’m having problems with loyalty points as well, and my cloudbot never stopped working (apparently).
I had some follows, a few hosts and a raid on my live, and none of the users got their points.
Worst of all, i see no way i can add a new follower to a Loyalty list, so there is no way i can manually add the points to these followers!!!

Streamlabs mistakes on simple things are getting very annoying and we need a realiable software not one that sometimes works and on other times doesn’t work.

Same issue here.
Manually adding points is working fine but automatically not

I just learned something from another very experient Streamer.
Streamlabs changed the Loyalty Points way to work in the recent past, and the user has to see your live for at least 20 min in order to be detected by the cloudbot. They done this to remove bot followers to get into your Loyalty list. So if someone enters your stream, clicks follow and leaves before reaching 20 min, they will not be detected by the streamlabs cloudbot and will not win the points and get into the loyalty list.

You are correct in the sense that people need to be in the channel for a while before they are added to the loyalty database. After they are in the database, you should be able to add points to them via the chat command.

The 20ish minute delay is actually having a negative impact on my stream and user base, as most of my viewers are directly recommended my channel by others, so they already know the content they can expect, how to get points (like following) and enter already knowing what they want to spend them on at the start. Because of the delay I am having to manually track and add points to those who follow before the bot adds them. Is there a way to opt out of this timer so I can go back to the working system before?
