Hi. I have enabled cloudbot to show alerts in my twitch chat, but i do not even see the bot online in my chat in my recent stream. The alert box still works and shows on stream who followed me, but i do not see the notifcation in my chat. Why is that so?

Hey all,

If you are streaming to YouTube, please try making a live, public stream. After it is running, try turning it off for a minute and then back on and it should join. Sorry for the past inconvenience!

Hey there!

I’ve gone ahead and added in a command to test and see if they work and cloudbots name pops up just to see if Cloudbot was experiencing any hiccups.

Additionally, I’ve taken a peek into your chat alerts and this pops up:

If you notice Cloudbot giving you any trouble, try disabling it for 15-30+ seconds and re-enabling it soon after.

I unabled and renable cloudbot, unlogged and relogged from streamlabs, made it moderator, but its not responding to commands of all tipe, like default:  !points, !bet, etc or my custom commands like !ts.

Hi there, I have the exact same problem. I’ve done everything suggested in this post and every other post I’ve read. IT JUST DOES NOT WORK. Bot is enabled (I’ve also tried to turn it off and on multiple times and wait 30sec, 5min or 10min before turning it back on). No matter what I try, the bot does not answer at all in the chat, as if it just wasn’t there.

Everyone just tells us to turn it off and on but I don’t see what it’s supposed to change and there are multiple threads about this out there that were closed without being resolved.

The tutorial video that you made on youtube is very outdated and tells us to go in options that aren’t there anymore (version 0.11)

Just wanted to point this out, starting to get real pissed off now, thougt it was cool that you integrated a bot directly in streamlabs but now I’m just gonna use a 3rd party bot.
