Can't get cloudbot import to work

Hi,

 

I’m having issues with SLOBS and the import feature within cloudbot.

When I try to import Nightbot, it goes through the authorization procedure, and then shows Queued.

It doesn’t change from queued until I change the page and go back again. 

At which point, it shows ‘Import’ again, as if it failed to import.

 

Tried this with cloudbot enabled and disabled, and also running SLOBS in administrator mode too.

If you have many commands in Nightbot, it may take a while. Try staying on that page and be patient.

Hey @matzterh,

Sorry to hear you are having issues here. Could you try logging out of Nightbot, Streamlabs.com, Streamlabs OBS, and your streaming platform? After that, clear your internet browser cache, log back in and try importing again.

Got the same problem and your solution doesn’t help
