Now there's an added incentive for your viewers to sub at the higher tiers.

You can see the full announcement on the Streamlabs blog, but here's everything you need to get started:

In order to opt-in, a Twitch Partner or Affiliate must do the following:
  1. Head to Streamlabs OBS and click on Face Mask Settings.
  • Click on the mask icon to open Settings.

2. Enable Face Masks and Subscriber Masks
  • Toggle these 2 settings to “On” and click Save

3. Install the Twitch Face Mask Extension

4. Manage your Permissions to grant the extension access to subs & bits.

then toggle all permissions to “on”

5. Activate the extension, and enjoy!

I dont have the option to switch on subscriber masks. It ends at Donation Alert Duration, how can I fix this?

Make sure you are logged into Streamlabs OBS with a Twitch account that is a Twitch affiliate or partner, or have this account merged to another server you are logged into Streamlabs OBS with.
